What is a pre-order?

Our soaps sell fast! Pre-ordering lets you reserve your favourites before they’re officially available, so you don’t miss out. Choose one, two, or as many as are available!

Our soaps need 6 weeks to cure, so your pre-order will only ship on or after the listed release date.

Ship everything together — $20 shipping

Ordering in-stock items along with your pre-order? Leave a note at checkout asking us to hold your entire order until your pre-order is ready. You’ll pay one flat shipping fee of $20 for everything.

Ship separately — $20 per shipment

Need your in-stock items sooner? We can ship them separately, but each shipment costs $20. For example, if your order ships in two separate shipments, the total shipping cost will be $40. We’ll send you an invoice for any additional shipping charges before shipping your order separately.

To avoid paying for shipping twice, ask us to hold your entire order until your pre-order is ready.

LOCAL PICKUP

Choosing pickup? We’ll notify you when your order is ready to collect on or after the listed release date. Step into the warmth of an old-world winter with Winter Thieves, a bold and comforting blend of aromatic spices, refreshing herbs, and bright citrus. Rich notes of cinnamon and clove mingle with fresh eucalyptus, rosemary, and a hint of lemon, creating a beautifully balanced scent that feels both cosy and invigorating.

Inspired by the Legend of the Four Thieves

During the Black Plague, legend tells of four thieves who roamed the streets, looting the homes and belongings of those who had fallen ill or passed away. Mysteriously, the thieves remained untouched by the sickness surrounding them.

Their secret? A fragrant mixture of powerful herbs and spices that they believed would protect them from the disease. Eventually, the thieves were captured and sentenced to death for their crimes. As the story goes, they were offered a chance at a lighter punishment in exchange for revealing their mysterious herbal recipe.

This centuries-old legend inspired our Winter Thieves blend, combining the warm spice of cinnamon and clove with the fresh, aromatic qualities of rosemary, eucalyptus, and citrus.

Our Winter Thieves soap brings this fascinating folklore to life through a rich, warming fragrance that's perfect for chilly mornings, cosy evenings, and anyone who loves a bold, spicy, herbal scent.

RETURN POLICIES:
All Body Product Sales Are Final Due to the personal nature of our natural soaps & body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days for assistance.
We choose to hand craft our soaps with natural ingredients in small batches. Because of this; natural soaps may darken or discolour over time. While the soaps will generally resemble the photos, there may be some variations in appearance from batch to batch.
Additionally, the weight listed reflects the average bar size when it's freshly cut. Since our soaps continue to cure and lose a bit of moisture over time, the actual weight may be slightly less by the time it reaches you. Because each bar cures at its own pace due to a variety of ingredients, it’s difficult to predict exactly what it will weigh when it's ready for shipping — one of the quirks of truly handmade soap.
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY — sure, it looks good enough to eat, but unless you want a mouthful of bubbles, let’s keep it in the shower!
