At Peel Riverside Soap Co., we want you to love our natural soaps and body products as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on soaps or body products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll gladly takes steps necessary to ensure you're satisfied with your product.

Shipping & Pick Up Policies

We strive to process and ship all orders within three business days of receiving your order. We offer flat-rate shipping of $18.00 to anywhere across Canada, and the United States. And our Exclusive Soap of the Month Club members enjoy a special shipping rate of $14.00, to which you can add items to your box at no extra charge.

For local customers in the Peel, NB area, we offer a convenient self-serve pickup option at our Riverside Stand. Packages will be labeled and placed in the stand, and you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready—usually within 24 hours of placing your order during business week days. The self-serve stand is open from daylight to dusk, Monday through Saturday.

We are working on the logistics of shipping our products to other parts of the world. If you live outside of Canada, or the continental United States, please contact us to discuss shipping options for your area.
